crime? It is no crime to put out newsletters.

If that was the case there would be no newsletters for pennystocks.

I agree, no crime to put out a newsletter. I don't know why that came up. I certainly didn't say it was a crime in my post. The OTCM made a call on the content of whatever was reported by whomever reported it to them. OTCM apparently felt there was something WRONG with THOSE newsletters.

This was NOT reporting a crime - This was deliberate - Huge difference.

THIS WAS STOCK MANIPULATION - at its finest

Well, if you know this for a fact then you should TIP the OTC Markets/SEC as to this manipulation that you seem to be aware of. If you are concerned about this then you should be the hero and try to put a stop to it by turning over your evidence. Your associates that know all about shorting(per your previous posts) should be able to help. GO GET'EM TIGER!

Person - no person(s) - SEC is waytoo busy to put out anything unless more than one person tipped them off....

Really? You have seen them, the SEC, in action first hand? And all this time I thought they just shuffled paper and drank coffee all day. Good to know that they are hard at work. And how do you KNOW it was more than one person? Couldn't be a trusted source? Oh well, I don't know but glad you have personal experience in how the SEC works. BTW, wasn't it the OTCM that did the WARNING, not the SEC? Ah, what do I know anyway? LOL

And hwo usually tips off the SEC that a stock is going UPPPPPPPPPP????? cERTAINLY NOT THE ONE BUYING IT...

That's just plain logic.

LOL

Couldn't tell ya. I don't know who it was so I won't attempt to explain why they did it. I do think it was the right thing to do and wouldn't doubt that this was just one of many that he/she/they have reported for one reason or another.
