wilma: While YA was THE big problem before the restructuring, I did laugh out loud when I read that quote. I would be very interesting to know who advised her an early restructuring would fix the on-going concern statement.

I do think she planned on being self-sufficient by the 10K. When the pipeline didn't pan out, I suspect they decided to file a few lawsuits. I like Global IP, but NeoMedia's lackluster licensing makes me wonder if you really want your lawyer to be your sales guy. Seems like maybe a different skill set than describing product features and benefits.
