Do the math. Can't get 13 .5 MM dollars by converting stock at a discount to market at .0006. You would need like 100 B shares to do that.

Company needs to find other ways of raising capital or needs and equity infusion of JV partner.

What we've seen is legacy debt being converted to equity. Hopefully, it's done.
