It sounds like you are angry at the person who reported what seemed to be stock manipulation rather than angry at the people whom the OTC Markets felt were using dubious method(s) to manipulate the PPS of this stock.

Why be angry about someone reporting a possible crime?
The regulator is the one that made the final decision to put a Caveat Emptor Warning on DUSS.
The person that sent/called in the tip did investors a service and should be commended for it. It's nice to see honest people step forward and take action.
