Yes, of course I have always known that. That is why your silly question was so surprising. Often times a corp will adjust the share structure well before notifying the shareholders and dump shares. The weak rules of NV make these corps a favorite. The otcmarkets.com company info reflected "not available" for the FLOAT and A/S!!!! O/S was updated on 3/15/13 so this may be "one" of the reasons for the "CE" on otcmarkets.com. That is what I was referring to in my first post. The charts I posted were to indicate where the pps was likely to be heading and that has been born out by the performance of DUSS. I hope that helps you to understand my post now.
