Tex, Joe Canouse isn't known for letting things fall through the cracks.

You and I have both owned businesses that are larger than Quasar. We both know that it's really not that hard to keep up with the paperwork.

So, it's getting to be time for some real, honest answers.

Joe Canouse is the CEO as far as I know.
