Nevertheless, I do happen to know that it is some New York firm, though -- that is, if I can trust Dial's e-mail. Also, I do know that they have to be getting audited, because it is SEC rules as part of doing what they are now doing.

I don't have any pressing need to know who in God's earth is auditing them. I only need to know that it is happening! If they are willing to disclose financials to the curious world, they must be good. No doubt about it!
