Yes the 77M is for all the issued 144 for the three acqisitions plus the return of 6.7M. CBQ is addressing if stock structure and realize they need a large float for real world money. ALso it has 25M roughly in the float and it still has a 33% spread between the bid and the ask or 50% based on the bid. Ridiculous spread. But that is our CBQ.
