It is simple, I posted "they do not have the votes to r/s " as that is the first assumption.
The truth is NK has the votes to r/s, but if he uses them it will look forced.

Ether they know that Q1 was great and want to see how high the stock can go, or there is a better offer on the table.

"Giving shareholders more time" is BS as they did not change the own by date.
Meaning you could sell PEIX and a month later vote.
