The only thing I have to go on is total OS 1.5M and the accumulation starting point, which stockcharts is kind enough to have in their charting system.
Since, I have never been involved in a start up charting like this one. I presume that MBAY had "X" amount of shares to start the trading provided for by the "deal" worked out between the parties involved, being AEYE and MBAY.
5,000 SHARES seems like a small amount to me. Chart will say something else at the close today.
