I believe it is a Qiud Quo Pro thing between Treaty and US Fuels. Jakobot wants the Barnes and Treaty wants the Mitchell because Jakobot has sold them on it. Main problem is the TRRC will not approve any transfer and today is the last day on C&C's P-5. The biggest problem for Treaty and US Fuels is the SEC will not look kindly on any verbal agreements made with shareholder money and if any checks or money is sent between the two companies via the US Mail then in my opinion they have committed wire fraud and along with possible SEC charges they will be in serious trouble with the Feds.
