Congratulations Ruby I think you got it exactly right. Holding ERHC's management responsible and accountable for their actions, or lack thereof, like every other publicly traded company in the world is a GREAT IDEA. Six years between drilling wells for an oil and gas exploration company shows pretty vividly how inept this effort has been over the years. I don't know about you but I have always believed you have to drill find oil. How many years do you think it will be now before drilling resumes? I am guessing 2-3 more years if we are lucky. Probably in 2015 or 2016. Of course if they can't get a simple rights offering done, it could be longer.
