ken- hi....iv'e been reading through the boards and posts...i may be wrong, but when you have a treacherous stock-one with fakeout after fake out(or just very unpredictable, like the q's), full stoch 5, 5, 5 may serve you better than 5,3,3. keep you from moving too soon. 5,3,3, can sometimes get you in to a trade where price may turn on you, change in 2-3 days(red candle), causing you to exit just before the right entry. you may miss a little in the total growth, but you can add a lot of gray hairs, and exta comms, and when you see you bailed too soon, and then maybe re-enter when you see your other indicators were correct..lol

you can see 5,5,5 is a little slower than 5,3,3, crossing 50 as well(to use as a gauge after your in the trade). where the black line crosses up through the red line is what i'm looking at on the use of 5,5,5 for entry, not crossing 50. i hope this is clear.
