If and it is a HUGE "IF" there was or is one scintilla of truth to they are rebuilding from the ground up, then "management"(if you even can call them that) has a LEGAL responsibility to inform the shareholders with a PUBLICLY disclosed announcement so they can decide whether to continue to be invested in this pos.
