Maybe the SEC hasn't found any violations, so they've decided to let it trade for now. I can only speculate at this point, but I think it's wise to wait until we know what's happening with the case. I've asked others more knowledgeable of the law to keep the board informed. It may not be worth selling your shares if there's a fee, so hang tight buddy.
