Here's the logic:

1) I know someone who is fundraising for other projects;
2) He has gotten interested in LBSR;
3) He may have an opportunity to say something to investors;
4) That might interest them in LBSR;
5) They might invest;
6) He does not want his name broadcast.

and finally,

7) I don't think there's a great chance of this getting money for LBSR;
8) But got to go for all chances.
