FFGO - Market makers, broker-dealers, retail brokers, and their clients are aggressively working on getting shareholders to take 100% losses, so they could book gains on selling something they illegally sold in the first place.

The data being collected by the DOJ, FBI, IRS, DHS, SEC, etc is very compelling of the collaboration and the conspiring to do so.
