So CCGI is claiming that the day before the deal had to close (March 22) they tried to get 350Green to agree to an extension. They never got the extension signed because the 350Green folks were out of the country.

Looks pretty clear that CCGI breached the contract by failing to close in 10 days...

"Frivolous" lawsuit is accurate!
