Not to hard to understand, it means there is no evidence to show this is nothing more than a scam where the operators of the scam have taken investors money and ran. How long has it been from the last time any of the scammers err I mean management has been heard from, Oh never mind you can't hear from any of they there is NO contact information for any of them.
