"Pink Sheet Stocks"

That are on another exchange should be allowed.. Those posted on VM are read by as many as any other companies discussed.. As long as the company is recognised by another exchange and MEETs the requirements of an exchange they should be allowed.. If not all stocks that trade on the NYSE, NASDAQ or ASE that are foriegn should not be allowed.. Filling requirements are the key and being Foriegn should not be the limitation, While trading on the "PINKS" usually indicates reduced filling requirements and should not be allowed,, In this case because a company that meets full filling requirements of another country and trades only on the "PINK" does not speak to the lack of fillimgs but the lack of activity in it's stock.. As our goal is to uncover any company regardless in which company it trades I vote for the inclusion of all companies that meet the full filling requirements of any exchange in any country as long as they have a US trading symbol or listed US symbol..Contest results would have to be baised upon the trading symbol price except the last day when true conversion of exchange rates would be used basing prices on the true closing price in the edxchange of origin.. This would guarentee a true contest closing price in the case of that security not trading US that day.. It would seem strange not to include companies for example that had sales in billions from CHINA because they traded in the "PINKS" and allow a piece of crap that was opening a sales office in CHINA with out sales trade and qualify because it bought a NASDAQ shell.. Full Filling as I said before is the key and trading on a Foriegn exchange insures that...In my portfolios I have stocks in 6 countries and only because full information is avail on each.. Although some do not have the interest of GFCI others are posted about daily by the same ones who will run this contest.. hank
