IF the EPA ever gives approval.....

IF not, "there is no sky for the stockprice"???

WILL THE SKY FALL IN

------------------------------

SEPTEMBER 2012

Edwin Marshall: "Final regulatory approvals for the US market by both the FDA and EPA should be achieved not later than January 2013"

Wednesday heralds MAY 2013...STILL WAITING?

------------------------------

IF Medizone ever launch a "commercially viable" Bed Bug eradication solution?

------------------------------

August 2011

Edwin Marshall:
"On the basis of AsepticSure's bed bug test results-to-date, the global hotel and travel industry are going to be able to 'sleep a lot easier' at night in the very near future."

Seriously...."VERY NEAR FUTURE"???

------------------------------

May 2012:

Edwin Marshall: "While it remains to be seen whether or not AsepticSure has a commercially viable role to play in the eradication of bed bugs (for a number of reasons, not the least being ‘the time it takes to effect a 100% across-the-board kill rate vs. the strength of the formula we can safely apply’)....."

------------------------------

IF a US PATENT is ever granted.

------------------------------

Patent Application 13/343,403 published

Non Final Rejection issued

Applicant(Medizone) arguments forwarded to USPTO

USPTO Examiner's response to arguments: "Applicants arguments filed 2/25/2013 have been fully considered but they are not persuasive"

Final Rejection issued

NOT LOOKING GOOD!

---------------------------------

IF Medizone ever achieves PROFITABILITY

---------------------------------

What happened to the 40 units projected to have been sold (or ordered) during Q1, 2013?

Not 1 unit sold and only $30k of deposits taken in

Gross Profit of $554.00 for the quarter

Then again the survey that the company conducted with prospective hospital and vet customers indicated a preference other than outright purchase/ownership of units so not holding out high hopes for Wood Wyant's sales effort especially given that no PROVEN HAI REDUCTION DATA EXISTS with possibly years of hospital testing required to acquire the same.

Also the capital cost of competitive HPV technology is half that of Medizone's and they have completed hospital testing in the US(Johns Hopkins Study: 3.5 years, including 12-month pre-intervention phase) and NZ in 2012 with subsequent sales having been made in both markets.

-----------

10-Q March 31, 2013

"During the quarter ended March 31, 2013, we had revenues of $4,554 with cost of goods sold of $4,000."

"For the three months ended March 31, 2013, we had a net loss of $387,298"
