BRNE holds an 80% interest in the PT Chaya Meratus Primecoal the concession for up to 6,000 hectares in Kalimantan. Also, Borneo Investment Resources, LTD entered into non-binding agreements for concession rights for additional concessions, PT Integra Prima Coal, and PT Batubaraselaruas Sapta. All three coal projects are in the Kamimantan region of Indonesia which has the highest concentration of thermal coal.
and I also said:
the strategy of BRNE, IMO, is to acquire coal concessions and develop a bank of assets to buy, sell and/or arrange for strategic partners to mine. This is a great move, IMO, for shareholders because the company's intention to use strategic partners to coordinate construction of the concessions reduces the cost (and IMO dilution) to the company.
I doubt that they will get stuck holding steaming coal. India can't get enough of it. China needs it. Japan needs it. My opinion is that I think they can easily sell it.
