That's why I asked who would say such a thing, we all know that was bs and the fact that "I'm not telling" was the response show's its bs, all that's needed is a call to the company to confirm that was never said. Done!! Now I'm sure your recent question will get the same results, "I'm not telling" or "do your own DD". For a company to have shareholders sign a confidentiality agreement is ridiculous, can you imagine if the info gets leaked anyway, OMG what then???
