OR it would have been done? are you kidding? they have a nice time frame to sue according to law and until that time runs out they can and will. as for proof it has been posted on this board many many times, many by me, actual filings filed by mike himself putting ms into NHS, yet to date NOTHING has been shown that he so called rescinded, NOTHING! humm wonder why! hey mike can you hear it? that is the sound of justice coming right behind you.
