Possibly but they had nothing to hand over, I do not believe they could hand any of their developmental apps over until the CSI/Sasso litigation is resolved since I am sure CSI is contending anything they developed was from their app which they defaulted on paying for and therefore did not own. It is all a moot point they have missed any and all opportunities , and there are now viable apps in the marketplace.
