Here is a FYI for what its worth (and with this pos probably nothing) they will HAVE to file a annual report with the State of Florida to keep their active status by May 1st. You can check with Sunbiz.org to see if they have done that . This is not a financial statement per se but at least you will be able to tell if there is anyone still within the company that is not in a coma trying to maintain a minimal compliance.
