I will happily sign a confidentiality agreement, no problem. If we are oversold we don't need any new shareholders, all we need to do is force those who sold non existant shares to buy them back. That can be accomplished by making the carrying costs for the short position to become increasingly expensive. I think/hope that is management's plan. Go TEVE!!!
