Absolutely. You are wrong here Janice. An issuer operating within the OTCMarkets gets an id and password. There are certain actions that can be effected immediately (i.e. S/S reporting) and there are other info that has to wait until they pass the OTCmarkets checklist. LOL, sorry Guru.
