First, can you prove they exist? The answer to that question is a big No.

But let's see - first to prove they don't exist all I need to do is prove Medical Greens doesn't exist.

On 03/11 SKTO sais they had acquired MG and they had $12.5 million in contracts. But, MG has no footprint prior to the 03/11 press release.

Then I-Equity a Jan and Hipple company registers MG as a new corporation in California - where they were supposed to be conducting business.

So who was the prior registered agent for MG, where were they located - what was the phone number - why weren't they paying taxes in the state of California? Who was the management team that secured these contracts?

With those questions answered as they didn't exist or they were conducting business without paying state taxes or a office or a phone - therefore they don't exist.

And with the contracts are fictional.
