They do not review them for accuracy, but they do review them for format from companies that have been n the dark. Please, I know exactly what I was told. Please, call him and tell him why you believe such, then tell him what I am saying that he told me and post back what he says.

Or, if you like, I will give you my phone number and we can call him together when I am available (long story) and we can ask him together. Then you can come back to post what was said.

I think that it's not going to matter either way because those SKTO filings will probably pop up within the next day or so if not sooner. Still, we can call them together tomorrow and you can hear what I heard. This offer is for anyone else within this forum too.
