He has indicated to me in the past that he is willing, and I believe if asked today the answer would still be in the affirmative. The biggest problem is how to accomplish it. It's a big hairball that you'd be trying to untangle and put the hair back where it came from. I'm not sure that the appropriate time to attempt it is here yet, but it is getting closer.

I can't see anyone wanting to put forth the amount of effort it would take to gather the information needed and make a distribution, even in a private manner, until Seeker increases significantly in value.

Now, IF the threatened lawsuits become history, and IF the market cap of SNTL were to get into the 50-100 million range and had a bright future based on earnings rather than just a promotion, I can see where there would be an opportunity to make most of us well....
