TRCPA - I certainly agree with your perspective that sales will cure quite a few issues currently facing the company. So the dilemma is there is no hard information to base a conclusion on. The actual sales in the pipeline are still undefined and no real answers from Brian. I know he is working hard to produce sales. However, no news is simply no news. Tough to base an investment decision on. I still have confidence that Brian will be able to make future sales.

In the absence of a considered and detailed plan though, at least one that has been shared with us, frankly there is no way to know what short or even long-term objectives Brian may have set out and more importantly, whether they are achievable? While survival is admirable it also doesn't seem to have added much to the pps. I believe there is a market for the KDS, but I also believe there are additional opportunities for the company that go beyond waiting for the next customer to walk through the door. If there is an unstated plan in place that Brian is executing and sales are on the way, that's great and would possibly negate what I have shared today. If that isn't the case, some form of a plan needs to be established to protect everyone's interests not just insiders.
