The Taco Bell suit explicitly excludes campaigns not run by Scanbuy and this is the only outside campaign manager I could find. If Snipp were to sign, they would logically then also be excluded in the suit.
If NeoMedia could get all the campaign managers to sign, a moving target, then they would only have to go after brands that did not use a campaign manager (such as KAO).
