how about a COO? You missed the whole point that was being made its not about being listed it was the fact that he was removed and that the three peoples that I listed (John Tracy, DR Manley, and Mark Wheeler) have impressive history and talent and it does not appear to me that they are beeing utilized at all.

If you are having a new sink put in do you ask you mailman to install it? If you need your house painted do you call you accountant? If You need new brakes on your car do you change them yourself? Do you? Of corse not you call the people with a proven track record in their perspective fields who are up to date on the latest rules and regulation to complete the job correctly and in a timely fashion.
You and your mailman may be able to correct the problems and get things to run but at what cost of money and life!!
