One thing i was pondering this am is Iraq's republican guard's supposed movements of 5000 troops outside of baghdad. Should those troops surrender instead of fight, that would be a huge lift to markets. I dont think it is the nature of those men though so it is unlikely. I dont believe this possiblility has not been discussed on the tv coverage.
