the "nir" group is now non-existant. its founder and ceo cory rabinsky(?)is in jail for securities fraud. so who really knows where these shares are coming from? no-one. imo, they are borrowed shares which means they are shorting $$MDIN$$ to no end. once $$MDIN$$ is up-graded these games (as nick stated) will stop and the pps will show that. good luck to you, go $$MDIN$$
