I've seen self dealing pinkies before - actually, I think they all are, but I don't think I've ever seen one raise the A/S so they could give themselves more shares in the company at a 90% discount than were available on the old A/S.

Then not even pay for the shares.

And of course there are the death spiral convertibles too.

Talk about stinky pinkie - this one is the stinkiest.
