INCORRECT, It's a way of keep 2/3 66% voting rights which is control. Many newbies like yourself get confused that 51% is control but if you check with the SEC you will see it is necessary to hold 66% to be considered control. The block was issued to the president of the company not investors. What naive investors would that be? It was previously stated that someone was quite slick in purchasing these shares and was touted as toxic financing. Now these investors are naive? They are either naive or slick, which one is it today? Don't worry about the answer though, as tomorrow the answer can be changed back to suit whatever theory is being conjured up that day.

It's a way of giving cheap shares to be sold to naive investors.
