There seems to be a developing consensus that while Brett deserves much praise for having gotten us to the present point of development, his leadership skills do not seem well suited for generating major sales. We need personnel with major experience and expertise in that area and Brett should realize that by now.
I'm still puzzled by what John Tracy's role is at NNLX. He came in with great previous records at giants like IBM but doesn't seem to have much of a presence at NNLX.
The current "OurTeam" listing on the website, without Tracy's name even appearing at all is quite puzzling. Anyone looking at that section for the first time has to come away with a disturbing feeling about nepotism--the team seem to be Brett and his brother and sister. The other names don't seem to be leading to any major results. Isn't it more than a year now since Dr. Manley was added with his comments about his connections at places like Harvard, Johns Hopkins, etc?
