I have not changed since removing my bear suit at 2220 (#msg-8542383, of 11/17) and this last "prognostication" more than a week ago (#msg-8620469, target above 2300). I am not sure if you can call a 100 Naz point potential advice, "neutral", more like mildly bullish (as of that time)
