Rink, I talked about clocking down and volting down a DESKTOP A64 X2 4400+ to perform like a hypothetical MOBILE A64 X2 3800+. That's useful in the DTR segment.

Now that´s a stretch. Not only that there aren´t any DTR X2s from manufacturers that I´ve heard of before (and I have never seen a single one in stores), and now underclocking and undervolting one is supposed to help AMD´s market position, but probably only in the DTR segment.. Thanks for explaining your reasoning, but this really sounds like grasping at straws instead of a relevant view from a market perspective.
