I agree, sweet deal, and ELTP only needs to sell shares as they need the money... Now, at .14 ELTP only has to sell half as many shares as they will at .07... and .21... only 1/3.

So, even if they needed all the cash, potentially they could only have 50 million shares dilution at .21...
