They are holding it back with VFIN on the ask so he can load up on the bid. Notice how he's moved up day by day? First he was on the ask at .0011 a few days ago and now he was @ .0013. After they are done loading this one will go. Just a matter of time. I seen the same thing on VOI* and IDV*. As u can see, IDV* went from .0006 to .0092. That was a very nice ride for me . I know what I'm talking about.
