They have..by growing the company better than any other team could have...you don't know what they do with those proceeds, but its most likely its in their best interest to make the company a success...and I doubt it would be possible to grow the company as fast and as large as they have without using a significant portion of those share sales to pay for expenses needed to expand...
The reason the PPS is down is becuase of hostile major shareholders selling 10x or more shares than management ever has...they brough the PPS down..not management...facts easily verified..but a chorus will deny
The good news is for real friendly long-term shareholders, revs are so strong and growing, it won't matter what the anti-MRNJ people do...in the end real MRNJ shareholders and managment will win...
Capital structure will remain unchanged for a long time...
Management will sort out the best deal for all shareholders and will not give away the company to stock promoters
