Your failure to find anything compelling for 64 bits in the context of Turion in the laptop arena -- or the desktop for that matter -- speaks loudly.

64 bits today doesn't mean a thing in that context. In effect for most all practical purposes the Turion is used as nothing more than a 32 bit processor.

Sorry for the bad news but that is the real world.


I'm not worried, you inteletubbie's are.

Everyone with a half a brain knows 64 bits is the future...FUTURE, get it.
Vista is next year, software will be ported to 64 bits. Even intel folded into the 64 bit world, in spite of saying it's not needed til the end of the decade.

64 bits is the future, live with it.

Yawna is the past, it's built in, did you notice it's projected lifespan???

Go buy yourself a nice 32 bit laptop, I could care less.
