That doesn't make them "bad guys", does it? They're a new company and I applaud their agressive moves to build up reserves while, imo, the PoG is still relatively low compared to where it will be in 18 months. I believe the WHT management team to be one of the best in the biznez.

Well, just keep your eyes open. The deal is set to close in June and there will be the usual attendant SEC filings and Press Releases for one to put the pieces in order.
