COMMON SHARES TO BE CANCELLED
According to the POR presented all Equity Interests are to be cancelled.
Common shareholders can not vote to accept or reject the plan.
Read the POR and the Disclosure Statement to understand that equity will not receive anything at all, and have it's shares cancelled, because all classes above it must be paid in full first.
