This is what I see.

My question is how can the SEC even allow anyone, even the president of the company to buy more shares than there are outstanding? Unless they do allow the shares to be bought up to the authorized amount of 900,000,000. Please help me understand. Does this mean, if the president is holding all the legit shares plus some....the common shareholder must be holding "air" shares. Kind of like the US Dollar...fiat shares.
