Currently, there are ~3.8M unnecessary colonoscopies per year and millions that don't get screened. So what you are saying is that the 3% slip in specificity does not offset the benefit of increasing screening for CRC? That means if 10M patients are screened per year 1.3M would need colonosopies which is an additional 330,000 colonoscopy, and that's not acceptable?
