My real problem with Olsen is that he prevented investors from making an informed decision about whether to keep or sell the stock when he led us to believe he was buying back shares and reducing the float, when in reality, he had made his decision to dilute the float beyond any reasonable expectation. From a legal point of view, that will ultimately be his downfall.
